ZEDLAUNCH – Refund & Dispute Policy
Effective Date: April 30, 2025
We aim to deliver high-quality, timely website services for every client. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable.
Once payment is made and the project has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Business closure or strategy change
Delays due to client’s failure to provide required assets
Unused revision rounds
If a technical issue or billing error occurs (e.g., accidental duplicate payment), please contact support@zedlaunch.com within 5 business days for review.
Dispute Policy
We value clear, open communication. If you are dissatisfied for any reason:
Reach out directly at support@zedlaunch.com to discuss your concerns.
We will aim to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
If a resolution can’t be reached and a chargeback or payment dispute is filed:
We reserve the right to submit all project communications, deliverables, and logs to the payment processor as evidence.
Partial or full refunds will not be issued through dispute unless a billing error is proven.
Clients who file a chargeback without contacting us first will be banned from future services.
