ZEDLAUNCH – CLIENT SERVICES AGREEMENT / TERMS OF SERVICE

This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between ZEDLAUNCH ("Service Provider", "we", "our") and Client ("Client", "you", "your") upon purchase of any ZEDLAUNCH package.

By purchasing a package from ZEDLAUNCH, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

ZEDLAUNCH will provide website redesign services according to the selected package:

  • Starter Refresh: 1-page rebuild, mobile optimization, basic SEO, 5-10 business day turnaround

  • Business Refresh: Up to 5 pages, speed & mobile optimization, basic SEO, 7-14 business day turnaround

  • Premium Presence / Growth Bundle: Scope as agreed upon in writing

Services do not include third-party software subscriptions (e.g., Framer) unless otherwise stated.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to your existing website assets, hosting accounts, and branding materials

  • Review and respond to deliverables within 2 business days

  • Maintain an active Framer subscription during and after delivery for hosting

3. Fees & Payment

  • Payment is due upfront before work begins.

  • Pricing is as listed on our site or proposal.

  • No refunds are offered once work has begun.

Late payment or failure to provide required assets may delay delivery.

4. Revisions

Each package includes:

  • Starter Refresh: 1 revision round

  • Business Refresh: 2 revision rounds

  • Premium/Growth: Up to 3 rounds unless otherwise stated

Extra revisions are billed at $75/hour.

5. Ownership & Licensing

Upon final payment, you own all website content and designs.
ZEDLAUNCH reserves the right to display work in its portfolio.

6. Timeline

Delivery time starts once we receive all required client materials. Delays in client response or content delivery will push the timeline accordingly.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the project if:

  • Client is unresponsive for more than 7 days

  • Abusive or unprofessional conduct occurs

In such cases, no refund is due.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZEDLAUNCH is not liable for:

  • Downtime, performance issues, or data loss from hosting platforms

  • Security breaches on third-party platforms

  • SEO ranking fluctuations or traffic outcomes

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
