SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY

ZEDLAUNCH – Service Delivery Policy

This policy outlines how we deliver website design services, manage timelines, and handle revisions. By purchasing a ZEDLAUNCH package, you agree to the following terms.

1. Project Start

Your project officially begins once the following are received:

  • Full payment

  • Completed onboarding form (or required brand/assets)

  • Access to your existing website or hosting platform (if applicable)

Delays in providing these materials will delay the project start date and delivery timeline.

2. Turnaround Time

Turnaround time is based on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Unless otherwise agreed upon, turnaround time is the following:

  • Starter Refresh: 5-7 business days

  • Business Refresh: 7-14 business days

  • Premium Presence / Growth Bundle: Timeline as stated in custom proposal

These timelines begin after onboarding is complete — not at the time of payment.

3. Client Communication

  • Clients must respond to content or design approvals within 2 business days

  • If we do not receive a response within 7 calendar days, the project may be marked inactive

  • Re-activating an inactive project may result in a rebooking fee ($99 CAD)

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds:

  • Starter Refresh: 1 round

  • Business Refresh: 2 rounds

  • Premium/Growth: 3 rounds

Additional revision rounds are billed at $75/hour.
A revision round includes a batch of feedback provided at once — not an ongoing stream of changes.

5. Client Delays or Abandonment

If you fail to provide required assets, approvals, or feedback within 14 days, your project may be:

  • Paused without further work until reactivated

  • Marked as abandoned after 30 days, with no refund issued

6. Final Delivery

Your final site will be delivered via Framer or a platform agreed upon in writing. You are responsible for maintaining any required subscriptions (e.g., Framer hosting).

After delivery, you are responsible for any future edits unless you have subscribed to an ongoing support plan.
